CyberCraft is an independent AI development consultancy based in Adelaide, South Australia, working with businesses of all sizes across Australia and New Zealand.

We build custom skills, tools and systems that help your business move faster: quoting engines, client portals, live dashboards, job systems. They're built around the way you actually work, so you win more work and serve clients better. We start small and prove it on your real data before you commit to anything bigger.

Our roots are in security engineering. That isn't a second business we run; it's the reason every system we build is production-grade from day one, and the reason we handle your data, client relationships and IP as carefully as we do.

Richard

Co-director — AI development

Richard leads CyberCraft's development work — designing and building the custom skills, tools and bespoke systems that replace underused SaaS with software that fits how a business actually works. He also brings deep experience in technology policy across organisations from 10 to 1,500 staff — acceptable use, BYOD, and technical policy that protects without creating friction.

Jeff

Co-founder — security & assurance

With 30+ years in IT focused on cloud, information security and risk management, Jeff is the reason our builds hold up to scrutiny. His background in ISO 27001, Essential Eight and security architecture underpins how we design, secure and deploy every system — and he helps clients make sense of AI governance as they adopt AI across their business.
